

Established in 2003, GI2 is a business management and consulting firm that provides expertise to small, mid-market, and enterprise level organizations with services that enhance a company’s success in today’s market environments. We assist in the bid and proposal process through effective capture management and the delivery of compliant and compelling proposal responses. Once contracts are awarded, we complete the business lifecycle by assisting our customers streamline their operations through efficient processes, while working with internal technical teams to establish and/or enhance business management tools.
In addition to the successes highlighted, GI2 activities resulted with several awarded contracts for its clients in 2014. We assisted a small business in a GSA FEDSIM contract that will grow this company's revenue from an annual revenue of $10 million to approximately $100 million in the next 3 - 5 years. We assisted another small business with a highly competitive DoD LPTA proposal, displacing the encumbent large business, and positioning the company for an award anticipated sometime in December. And, we have assisted several large and mid-sized companies with Federal and State HealthCare proposals, the predominance of which are expected to be awarded in the beginning of 2015. Lastly, GI2's efforts with assisting businesses obtain GSA Schedules have also expanded in 2014 including Legal firms, IT Services companies, and emerging professional services business.

The driving force behind GI2 is our President/CEO, Liz Rivas. With 25+ years experience in the telecom and IT industries, Liz integrates entrepreneurial savvy with diverse expertise ranging from strategic marketing to establishing and managing profitable businesses. Liz started her first entrepreneurial venture in 1990 growing a telecom services company from grass roots into a multi-million dollar operation that exceeded the industry’s profitability norm. After successfully exiting that business, Liz focused her energies in developing a Consulting business focused on assisting small, mid-sized and Fortune 500 companies in their growth objectives.
Liz is an energetic leader and advisor to senior and executive management teams with proven expertise in business and organizational development, identifying strategic markets, developing profitable pricing scenarios, and implementing productive business operations. She is an innovator in the creation of effective processes to enhance business operations while working with technical teams to establish and/or enhance business tools to ensure productivity through repeatable practices.
